Superannuation Payment not processing

Hi, 

 

I have been processing my payroll since March and the payments are still on processing status. I have superannuation companies chasing payment however I am unable to fix the issue. Please assist.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can I please confirm if these payments have been deducted out of your account yet ? If they haven't, can you please send me a private message with the following information so I can take a look into this for you:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • File ID of the file (This can be found by going to Help > About MYOB AccountRight)
  • Date of the superannuation payments and total amount
