Superannuation -delays in reaching funds even though MYOB has taken money our of bank account
My company processed superannuation and MYOB took the money out of our company's bank account on the 21 April 2022. However none of our employees have seen since money arrive into their super funds.
Has anyone else experienced these long delays between the time MYOB takes money out of a company's bank account and the time it hits people's individual super accounts ? I know there were issues in Feb 2022 with superannusation but I haven't seen any MYOB Corporate Communications on April payments.
Generally speaking, we recommend allowing 5 business days before the payments are completed. However, if your payments are still showing as 'Processing Payment', could you please send me a private message with your product serial number + business file name? I'll look further into this for you.
