I have tried to run my Super report and got the following error which does not give me any indication of what the error is or how to fix it:
"It looks like something went wrong with your payment. If you need help, contact MYOB Support."
I did try to run the super report and realised I had to increase the Super Limit which I did but still got the same message. The email I received indicated this change was immediate.
What else can I check before I call MYOB support?

Welcome to the Community Forum. This error message is due to one of the funds in the batch not accepting contributions. I would check your employees funds by searching the ABN on the Super Fund Lookup and making sure the status says "Active" and the USI/SPIN matches.
If the details do not match, then contact the fund to see if there has been a change made, as this is often caused when funds merge or change the restrictions.

Yes this is what the problem was however it was Statewide merged with Hostplus in the last couple of days so didn't show on the Super Fund Lookup yet. All fixed, thank you.
