Hi,

 

I'm transfering from MYOB accountRight to MYOB Business Pro, and while I'm processing the Super for October 2022 it shows me that its processing payments for August & September although I already paid them.

 

Is that means I'm going to pay these 2 months again? 

 

attached is the 2 screenshots for MYOB accountright showing that I already paid Super for August & September and a screenshot for MYOB Business Pro showing that processing payments for those 2 months.

I think it may just be a case of the status not being up-to-date, however, so that I can confirm this for you, could you please send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Old and new Serial numbers
  • Business name
