super been refund

Hi

 

We paid superannuation using "Pay Superannuaion" fuction in MYOB. 

 

We received the refund for one of our employee, but we don't know why it was refunded.  Cause nothing changed since previous super payment and this never happen before.

 

I was expecting to get any email or notification from MYOB, but nothing received. 

 

How do we know how to fix it?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Generally if funds have been returned you should receive an email as to why the funds were returned. So I can check this for you can you please send me a private message with the below details:

  • Serial number 
  • Your full name and email address 
  • Date of superannuation payment and amount 

 

Additionally, this Help Article Reversing and reprocessing superannuation payments has information and instructions on how to reprocess returned superannuation payments. Before doing this please send through the above details so I can check why the were returned and if any details need updating.
