Invoice printing is not working, also. cant export to pdf. The url link is also not working. Email function is not working.

Im having the same issue at the moment

we opened the program up to do some work and noticed a major update.
we now cannot print off singular or multiple invoices.
the screen no longer a full page but has to be scrolled sideways to see it all.
to send email to customer it has no details to send to. i have to go and find their email and put it in.
if i try and look at PDF it always says error.
from what i can see there is so much more from others comments we have not yet come across.
for the short term i do not know how we are going to function as we did. pulling our hair out.
we have a list of orders that need to go out today and i have no way of printing their invoices

Just tried to call support over 2 hour wait, im assuming they will be aware of the issue soon. But on the website doesnt state there is a error atm.

Yep. No issue according to https://status.myob.com/ but I can't save or email invoices. My guess is the system they use to create pdf documents is currently broken. I have started an online chat but no response other than from bots.
** update ** - the chat system never responded, but there is an update further in the thread from MYOB noting that there is an issue and it is being investigated. So, yay I guess. ;-)
