I get an notification of a credit?deposit at the bank, then when l go online to mark the invoice off l am finding it is already done.Is this new as its driving me crazy HELP

Thanks for your post. It sounds like you're using Online invoice payments. When a customer pays an invoice you will receive an email notification of the payment. The software will automatically record the payment transaction and close the invoice.

If you are using Online invoice payments you can check the Online invoice payment reports for information on payments.
If you haven't received email notifications check your spam/junk folder and mark any MYOB emails as not spam.
