This is not the correct way to request personal information from clients.
You do not send an email requesting their licence details.
What happened to a form which tells them the reasons for collecting the information and they agree by signing and giving that information.
Directing to web pages is highly unprofessional of this organisation

I also don't understand why should individuals that use the system supply their personal ID?
A personal ID has nothing to do with how the system should function.
This is a breach of privacy and uploading personal information online isn't secure.
