Hi,
Im having trouble with my essentials product. It is basically useless at the moment as I cant edit/delete invoices. It also wont let me match transactions. I was on the phone on tuesday for 2hrs to your help line and they just handballed it to your technical support for review. I do not know how it is progressing as they didnt give me a work ticket number. Can anyone from myob help?

I'm sorry to hear about this. I've run a few scripts over your file in the background and have found the cause of this issue, it's due to duplicates in the background. I've gone ahead and submitted a file repair ticket where our teams will have those removed. The ticket number is Case00926265. Once this has been resolved our team will email you with an update.
