Essentials Error Messages

Hi,

 

Im having trouble with my essentials product. It is basically useless at the moment as I cant edit/delete invoices. It also wont let me match transactions. I was on the phone on tuesday for 2hrs to your help line and they just handballed it to your technical support for review. I do not know how it is progressing as they didnt give me a work ticket number. Can anyone from myob help?

Hi @adamc1

 

I'm sorry to hear about this. I've run a few scripts over your file in the background and have found the cause of this issue, it's due to duplicates in the background. I've gone ahead and submitted a file repair ticket where our teams will have those removed. The ticket number is Case00926265. Once this has been resolved our team will email you with an update.

I have been having exactly the same issue - an hour on the phone to 3 different people - no help, plus emails with customer service.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I've run the scripts over your file and have found duplicates in the background. I've arranged the file repair ticket where our teams will have those removed. The ticket number is Case 00926397. Once this has been resolved our team will email you with an update.
