Hello,

How can I change my GST setting for my invoices to exclude GST by default? It is always including GST by default which means sometimes if i forget to change it, its costing me money.

Hi @Samshort 

As a part of the recent update, you can now choose whether the amounts in your transactions include or exclude Tax/GST and save the setting as default.

In order to trigger the change, save at least one invoice with the Tax/GST exclusive option and this option should automatically be ticked while creating the next invoices.

I have saved multiple invoices with gst excluded ticked, it always reverts back to gst including when i create a new invoice so it does not work.

We have replicated this on few sample files and the settings are getting retained. Can you please clear your browser cache and then attempt again? If it still does not work, switch to a different browser and let us know how you go on.
