Invoice reminders not working

Invoice reminders not working

I have invoice reminders set up and now all of suddent they are not sending. When I went to check on the status of the reminders the screen is just grey.. it will not load. I have called MYOB twice now and waited the 1 hr to speak to someone who said they would get back to me and never did! very frustrating!!

Welcome to the Community Forum.

 

Our team is aware of this issue with the screen appearing blank. The only option is to use the workaround which is to open the AccountRight browser app.myob.com. Go into Sales Settings > Reminders > Reminders Settings.

Here you will be able to access the invoice reminder settings.

Hi, 

 

Thank you. I ahve spend 180min on the phone to MYOB technical support team and they were unable to advise what you have. After 180 minutes they transfered me to MYOB invoice technical support who hung up on me. Not the best customer service I have ever received. I would complain but that would involve spending another 180 min on the phone - its worse than telstra. 

 

Are myob fixing this known issue?

we have remidners set for a client but we cant see that they are getting the remindersMan Frustrated
