Invoices not emailing

This is totally ridiculous that a company like MYOB can have the issues it's been having lately.  The most important thing of running a business is income and when you can't sent out your invoices it doesn't help.  A lot of my supplies require their invoices received by the end of the month otherwise your payments are on hold until the following month, this doesn't help cash flow at all.  I gave MYOB a second chance when we had problems with the PDF issues early in the year, this has now really had me thinking of options of a different accounting package.

Its been days!!! I have to start emailing out invoices manually myself!!

I've just finished emailing all mine manually for the month, waste of time.  I just recieved an email from MYOB with my monthly invoice attached, convenient how their emails are still working.

MYOB you have failed your customers again.
End of the Month and your customers can't email invoices and statements.

This has a huge impact on small businesses. 
Lift your game and get these emailing issues fixed once and for all.

We are lucky and have the option to email via outlook so not impacted by these constant service interruptions. But there are many many customers that don't have the option.

Komal you have 'teams' of people working on this ?

 

50 business products and we cant even email an invoice.

 

If there wasnt so much riding on this it would be laughable.

I'm getting bounce back from my invoice reminders! So over MYOB and their lack of customer support. I had an increase in my MYOB sub last month. No notification this was happening. Sat for over an hour on hold trying to get to customer support then gave up! Found their 'help' email address sent an email and no reply.

 

I'm changing back to Xero now. Not paying more for a product that is sucking up my time trying to get random issues sorted!

Did you have an increase in your monthly subscription? I did and no notification this was happening. And their service is non-existent and we are to pay more for the pleasure...just a joke. I'm changing back to Xero.

Yep, I'm over the issues and wasting time trying to get hold of someone. Sat on hold for over an hour last week and gave up. Going back to Xero.
