Quotes seem to be working to. It seems that this is a major issue that their IT department have so far been unable to resolve. Sadly no notification from MYOB is even more annoying.

They should be calling in the staff required to fix such a major issue. I go out to jobs during the week and do my invoicing outside normal business hours. It just shows a total lack of care for their customers.

This is insane and outrageous, just discovered this, new to MYOB Pro, this is beyond disappointing, you cant call an app pro if it doesnt actually WORK.
Spend less on advertising and ensuring the product is rock solid.

I can't seem to open or to save any invoices. Is the system down? I seem to be having so many problems since transitioning to the new system. It's all a bit of a nightmare at the moment
I also can't open anyone elses threads so can't see if this has already been addressed. ugh.

Same issue tried different browsers to no avial, I do hope we have not lost featue of editting and duplication of invocies. So far I am not enjoying the upgrade!!!
