Invoices stuck 'loading'

Hi ricmann22, I have the same problem today 27/11

I can see the list of current open invoices but when I try opening any of the invoices they won't open. Anyone found a solution yet - see there are a fair number of people having the same issue?

Same, same, nearly 24 hours. Can't invoice = can't earn a living. Going to look for alternatives ... bloated product, lousy service, high fees.

I am unable to access invoices; spinning wheel showing 'loading' and nothing happening. Just tried calling Support, message stating large volume of calls, call back later and then call cut off.

NOPE, but someone did post that you can email them, however i tried emailing to myself and received nothing so have no idea if it even sends until my supplier can confirm tomorrow, such a joke.  Changed after 10 years of non online myob which was perfect and went on line due to my new accountant, nothing but trouble since!!!
