Disappointed that we pay a lot of money to access MYOB 24/7 and then cannot access or send invoices. It is not just this weekend, but it has been happening at other times too. It just spins around. There is obviously a technical issue, but there is no support for any user, no acknowledgment online that there is an issue. I needed to send invoices tonight like everyone else in this forum and cant!I t is a competitive market, and MYOB are falling short.

This is a problem as need to invoice to get paid.

I've tried restarting my computer, inspect > Hard reload and empty cache and it's still doing it!
Everytime I try and open an invoice I get the spinny circle of death and then this error (see image below/attached).
Obviously not cool, as I need to send out invoices to make the money!!

I have created invoices in Essentials but then I could not email them. When I go back into the Invoices list and click on one it won't recall it and just "hnags" the software. What can I do?

18 pages of people with the same/similar problems over the last 3 days and MYOB offering no soloution or even a 'sorry we are working on it'
At what stage will they take note that their new program needs some serious work. The new Essentials program has been getting phased in over 12 months and the issues that the first clients reported seem to still be present. No one wants to change book keeping software but the approach MYOB is taking to the problems seems to give the impression that 'they' want everyone to change.
MYOB are not offereing or sourcing solutions to the problems. Come on MYOB pick up your game and stop taking our money without making an effort to fix the issues.... your users provide better customer service through this forum than what you offer in any form.
