Invoices stuck 'loading'

I'm having the same problem, do you think it's worth entering my invoices in the hope I can just email them when the problem is fixed OR am I wasting my Saturday afternoon??

The last week I have been having a lot of issues trying to invoice clients, no matter what browser I am on. It is worse on firefox though. Every other tab works fine, but as soon as I clock on invoicing it just spins. On the off chance I get to type invoice up, it wont email, just spins. I have tried clearing caches etc... but nothing seems to work. What else can I do? It also comes up with error, contact MYOB if this keeps happening. Thanks.

Just answered my own question, tried another invoice and now it wont allow me to save it.

Hi

I am attempting to do invoicing but when press email button, or try save invoice, the Activity History Icon just keeps going around in circles and jams program.

The only way to stop it is to go out the program and back in.

Then the Invoices show as recorded, but not emailed.

If try email them gain, it just jams again.

You cant even save them to send later!

I am having the same issue that invoices are not saving and can not preview to print etc.

I did find that they do save and you can email them to your self or others from the invoices list.

Similar problem. I''m trying to access saved invoices, but get the spinning loading wheel, and wont open.  Everything else opens well.

Every time I try to create a new invoice in MYOB essentials (new platform) - the mouse icon spins for ages and then it comes up with an error that says "Network Request Failed". I have to refresh my page and try again and again..
