Same, I called the call centre and was told it would be fixed shortly, That was 3.5 hours ago.

Been trying off and on all day today. Not the first time I've had issues with this cloud based MYOB, and as is usual https://status.myob.com/ says nothing is wrong oh and of course they recently increased the monthly charge. I'm starting to think I should use a spreadsheet.

Cant open invoices

I cannot open invoices since the last upgrade. I spent 3.5hrs on phone then another 2hours yesterday. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can talk to a real person without chickens in the background!

Invoices Not Saving

OK,

 

Why is MYOB Essentials not saving invoices?

 

I entered an invoice and went to save it and the package froze.

 

I closed the package and reopened it. The invoice appeared in the list of invoices but I cannot open it.

 

Not only is this really frustrating but a total waste of my time.

 

Can someone please contact me and sort this ouot.

Can't open Invoice

I haven't been able to open an invoice since early yesterday.  I can create one but still can't open anyone other invoice.  Does anyone have any solution?

Still happening 24hrs later!

Myob still stuck loading invoices😠

No response via phone.

I have been having the same issue this morning also, been on hold for ages waiting to seek assistance from technical support.

Did you get it resolve?
