After the "Upgrade" I can not see my email history on the invoices. I just sent the invoices to the customer again but I am not sure that MYOB has even sent them as there is no entry of todays sending in the email history box at the bottom of the screen.
What has happened to MYOB?
I cant call support becuase you farm my call out offshore to someone who has no idea what they're doing and whos computer wasnt even working.
You have a massive building in my home city of Melbourne so why cant your staff it with support staff?

I had the same problem. You can delete the attached invoice from the email beforw you send it, which will force customers to view the invoice online. That way you will see that it has been viewed and downloaded.

Users should be able to see the activity history of an invoice by selecting the required invoice and viewing the bottom of the invoice. I have just checked this on my system and it does show the correct information for an invoice I have generated:

Just reviewing my previously uploaded screenshot it does show that it has been viewed. I have also just taken the time to test with another invoice email and it did show that it has been viewed as well.
Are your invoices not showing that? Are you also sending out the PDF copy of that invoice? Perhaps the customer is viewing that PDF copy of the invoice, which is not tracked by the system.

That was the problem. I am now deleting the attached invoice forcing cusmers to view the invoice online.

Im having the same problem looks like it miht ne time for an upgrade to zero
