Also having same issue. Other issues i have raised also havent been resolved. Seems its just one thing after another. Very frustrating. I dont have an hour or more to waste on the phone only to be told that they are working on it or dont have a resolution for the issue Ive raised.

yes also having the same issue and as per normal myob are so slow to rectify any issue but still charge a premium price!

I work daily on both platforms and Xero tops MYOB always. Bugs MYOB had 9 months ago are still unsolved and ive voiced this to them, each time their response is they are working on it and can understand my frustration...... somehow i think not
Im currently presenting to a client to make the move as like you state the premium price for a p*ss poor product!

Yes Tracy I do as well. It just started happening on the 12 April and I hate it. I am on the chat function with MYOB and they do not seem to know how to resolve. Told me to log into MYOB via Chrome and I said I am in Chrome. I say I will be looking at swapping over to ZERO

Last time i had to ring them I sat on hold for over four hours, left work, did school pick up, etc etc before being answered.
