invalid email addresses

I am unable to email invoices to one of our clients - I am receiving an error the client email is invalid.  email is correct and has been used on old version on myob prior to migration.

Thanks for reaching out.

 

I have only seen this error when the email does not exist. If the error is persisting and the email is correct, I would ensure there has not been a space entered anywhere in the email (usually at the start or end of the email address).
