upgrade of myob essentials

I have spent hours this week trying to fix bank reconciliation which I have never had a problem with! I want the old myob essentials back, this is absolutely ridiculous! Who has time to to do all this and get nowhere! myob  have transferred the banking incorrectly right back past last years eof! Otherwise I will cancel myob and go with other accounting software!  All statements were correct when given to our accountant last eof. Why change something if it aint broke! myob business essentials is no longer user friendly! Not happy!

I have done all that, which is absolutely ridiculous!

All that has resulted in, is taking MYOB's error right back for months last year and beyond when all figures were balanced before this! 

There is no way anyone can fix this eccept for MYOB

There should be a Class Action taken against MYOB for charging for a programme that has so many issues since

MYOB updated Essentials!

Who has time to redo months of work?
