Account suspended

Hello,

It says my account has been suspended please update the card details which I have but I still can't use Essentials.

 

How long does it take to activate again?

Thank you so much for your post. For me to take a look at this, can you please send me a private message with the following information: 

* Serial number
* Company name
* Email Address and Full name
