Account suspended

Hi there - I have paid an unpaid invoice (credit card changed) and I cannot login to finalise the STP for my client!  Please help?

The message shows "You can also make payment via MyAccount or request a 'reattempt' on your account."

How can you "reattempt" - I can find no other reference to this.

To further assist you with this, kindly send me a private message with the following details:

 

  • Serial number
  • Name of primary contact and email address
  • Business name
  • Amount of paid invoice
