Adding a user

I cannot add my accountant as a user to access my information, have tried a couple of differnt ways

Help please

Thank you for your post. I'd like to extend you a warm welcome to the Community Forum, I hope you find it a valuable resource.

 

If your company file is online you can allow access to your contacts anywhere and anytime, and by anyone you invite but please take note that only the company file administrator, or a user assigned the administrator role can set p the user access. You can check on this Help Article : Set up user access. This contains more information on how you can set up a user access. If you still having the same issue,  Please send me a Private Message with more details on your account. i.e. Serial number, Company name, Email Address associated on your account and your first and last name.

I must be doing something wrong

There is no envelope symbol when I click on my Avatar and clicking on the private message link doesn't work
