An unrecognised error occurred - Accounts_IndustryShouldNotBeEmpty

I am having an issue when coding transactions and you choose to create a new code from the coding area.

The system opens the new code box then it closes staright away and give this error message.

"An unrecognised error occurred - Accounts_IndustryShouldNotBeEmpty"

It is happening with all my clients that have been migrated from banklink.

How do i resolve this?

Thanks for the screenshot, please try the following:

Create the account from the Chart of accounts page first. Once the account has been created, you can then allocate bank feed transactions to it. If it does not work, send me your product serial number and login email address by Private message, so we can investigate this further.
