BUG: Not all my company files are listed in the Invoicing app.

Hi MYOB,

 

As an MYOB partner, I have administrator access to multiple ledgers.  While trying to give a client a demonstration of the Invoice app on my Android phone, I tried to select the appropriate ledger but it was not listed.

 

The ledger name is 1st Waitara Scout Group and it would appears that because the first charater is a number and not a letter of the alphabet, it is not included.

 

I am the admin for another Scout Group, and it is also not listed.  It seems that the grouping only starts from the letter A and finishes at Z.

 

Could you please advise if there is an update available for this and if not when it will be done.

 

At the moment this results in yet another good idea by MYOB that is only half baked and therefore useless for this client.

Hi @AlanT 

 

We have tried this on a few devices and the business starting with the number is appearing in the list. As it's not working for you, can you change the business name in the software, save the changes and then change it back again. Does it then refresh the list?


If it still doesn't work, please send us the version of the invoicing app you're using.

Thanks for your reply.  The version of the app I have is 2.12.0.3579

 

When I have some time I will look into renaming the ledger and let you know the result.

I tried changing the name of the ledger and then changing it back, but it still didn't appear on my list.

 

Do you have any other ideas?

Hi @Komal_S 

 

So, I assume that means that I cannot use the invoicing app for this ledger until it is updated to New Essentials BUT no one can tell me when this upgrade will occur.

Unfortunately, we cannot give an exact timeframe for this but we are in the pipeline of migrating everyone and will notify you via email before we start upgrading your file.
