Can't Access Business File

Hello

I was in my online Essentials File busy with Invoicing, and MOYB all of a suddent closed down. I've tried to log back in, but keep getting a screen that states:

"We cannot access your business details".

Can you please confirm if this is a error on your end, and if my file will be properly backed up and up and running correctly without any loss of data soon!!

I can supply my client ID if needed to recover my files and get me back up and running asap.

So that I can look into this for you, could you please send me private message with the below details:

 

  • Serial number or Client ID
  • Business name 
  • Email
