Changing Customer name in MYOB Essentials

How do I change a customer name in MYOB Essentials. From the main drop dopwn menu there is only ALL CUSTOMERS and CREATE CUSTOMER. When selecting the required customer who you want to change the customer name is uneditable.

Here it says to select VIEW CONTACTS from the CONTACTS menu but there is no VIEW CONTACTS.

Thank you for your post. You can change the name of the customers by going to Contacts >> select All contacts >> select the name of the customers to open details >> select the first name and last name to make changes or edit the name and select save. Please see the sample screenshot below:

It's actually the customer name / business name that I need to change. I know how to make changes elswhere on the contact profile.

In your example it's the "Princess test file" at top left.
