Chart of accounts for an Airbnb management business

I have recently started an Airbnb managment business and am using MYOB for accounting software. Does anyone have any reconmendations on how I should structure my chart of accounts for Airbnb? The payout from Airbnb come directly to me, then from this I pay the cleaner, pay for laundry, pay the property owner a %, and my business gets a %. I also keep track and deduct costs of amenities restocked throughout the month from the property owners share. I perform a property owner payout at the end of every month. If there are any aditional cost (e.g. paying a photographer for listing photos) I will invoice the owner this.

Thanks for your post. As we're not accountants we're not permitted to advise how to set up the Chart of accounts for your specific business. I'd recommend speaking to your accountant or an MYOB bookkeeper
