Client appearing as another client

Hello, 

I am hoping someone can help me! 

I have a client who keeps appearing on another clients statement and sometimes the payments will go to each others invoices not their own.

Does anyone know why this is happening and what i can do to fix it. I have checked both of their accounts and they are all their own details. I have attached an invoice with personal details removed but hopefully someone can help me with this as it is driving me crazy!
