Client not on partner dashboard

A client has dropped off our list of accessible clients through the partner dashboard. 

They have not changed anything and say we are still linked as advisor. 

But we can no longer see them when we log in. 

Can someone please assist.

If you're still experiencing this issue, please send me the following details by private message so we can have a look:

 

  • Your partner ID
  • Client's serial number
  • Your login email address
