Creating a new entity

HI, I have switched from Sole trader to Pty Ltd and I need to create a new entity, how do I go about doing this?

I have tried calling a couple of times but I cannot stay on the phone for 45minutes waiting.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If you're looking at creating a new entity so that you can create your new file, you can sign up to a new MYOB Business account via our website here or if you'd like I can arrange for an agent to send through a quote.
