Hi All - anyone else having an issue with customer emails not saving? All the other info saves, a message comes up to advise the contact is saved. However, when you go back into the email address has disappeared??

Thanks for your post. I haven't come across this, are you able to clear your browser cache and try again ? If this doesn't work can you try via a different browser.

I am having the same trouble too.. email addresses are not being saved into the contact...does anyone have an answer for this as I've been holding with MYOB for over an hour today with a wait time 29-33 minutes..it hasn't budged and still on hold !!!!!!! and 1 .5 hrs yestarday with the same message....your estimated wait time is 55 minutes...still didn't get through
