Customer payment error message

Hello,

I've not had issues before but a customer is getting an error when she tries to pay by credit card. She gave me her details and I tried but got the same issue. 

 

The invoice template hasn't been changed and there are no issues with my bank. Any ideas? myob error.png

You can access your private messages when signed into the Community Forum by clicking on to your avatar on the top right-hand corner of the window > select the envelope icon.
