EOFY Trade Creditors & Debtors

I have taken over as treasurer of my club and don't have access to the previous treasurers MYOB files.  I am currently preparing the last financial figures from scratch to go to the auditor.  I have details of the entries making up the total trade debtors and creditors balances as at 30 June 2021. I understand how to make the entries for sales and purchases but my question is how do I account for the beginning balance from the previous financial year for which I have no details? How do I get rid of that beginning balance figure?  I'm using MYOB Business Lite.

You will need to work off the financials from the previous year you should be able to do a journal entry to put in the opening balances
