Error with EOFY reporting

                    Hi Steven , i have got an issues in MYOB Essentials with EOFY reporting, It show the Gross amount zero for all employees , only shows the tax amount , all the employees that have been worked with us gave me a call . they wanted to do a tax return for the year 2021-2022 , But thier income show zero when they worked with us , Is there any solutions to fix it , I also report the EOFY 2021-2022 to the ATO , it has been accepted with error , Also show zero the Gross amount If you can help with me this issues much appreciated

Could you please confirm if you have an ATO reporting category selected for each of your Pay Items?

If you were unsure which ATO category to choose, I recommend speaking with your financial advisor or the ATO to assist with that.
