Can anyone who uses this Business/Essentials let me know if they are actually connected to Bunnings, Officeworks, or any other supplier for uploading their invoices direct to in-tray.
Every time I try "MYOB supplier feeds" cannot find my business, but after two days of hours waiting and spending time on the phone to MYOB "Support" they just keep blaming everyone else except MYOB
MYOB Support They tell me they have no issues with any virus software and i have put MYOB in Exceptions for Pop ups
Sm8 which I can connect to, in their help, direct to ignore essentials login option and instead login using AccountRight online connect to solve the issue with MYOB essentials not working.
Would appreciate if anyone has connected to supplier feeds, and if not whether they are getting the same brush off from technical, most likely because there is no revenue loss

I'm sorry to hear that you're having troubles with this. I've had a look into this error and it looks like this is something that has been raised with our product teams for investigation, at the moment we don't have any further information on this.
In the mean time our teams have recommended that you can use the drag and drop or email methods for adding documents to the In Tray.
