Existing Advisors

I am trying to delete or make inactive a company that is listed as Existing Advisors (as they were on our user list prior to the last upgrade).

I am the owner and administrator and but it lists this user as 'owner' and there is no status to click on to remove access?

This is a previous accountancy firm that are still receiving notifications about our file. 

Can anyone please advise how this can be rectified?
