Failed to load reports

We are trying to run a payables and receivables report with tax for a client and keep getting failed to load reports, something went wrong.

We have tried opening in a different browser and also via incognito.

Still having no luck.

Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community forum.

Sorry to hear about your difficulties loading the report. I would suggest checking the financial year that you are running the report compared to the current financial year. As the reports could only generate info for the previous financial year, current financial year, and next financial year.
