How do I export general ledger details into a spreadsheet?

Hi there.

I am getting my tax return done and I am trying to export this information.

  1. Copy of profit and loss account accruals for period July 2021 to June 2022
  2. Copy of balance sheet accruals for period July 2021 to June 2022
  3. Copy of general ledger details accruals for period July 2021 to June 2022
  4. Copy of payroll report for period July 2021 to June 2022

I have tried to export the general ledger details report as suggested elsewhere on this forum, however my MYOB Essentials doesn't have it?!

Could anyone suggest where to find it now? Bonus points if you can point me in the right direction for the other 3 reports too!

Thanks in advance.

Luke

Hi @customreports

Thank you for your post. To access the reports in MYOB Business you would go to: Reporting > Reports > then open the name of the relevant report.

Available reports are based on your plan, so if you are seeing some reports but not the reports you mentioned it's possible due to your product.

If you're not sure what you are on, you can check under My Account (click your business name > My Account > Manage my product). The full list of what's available on each version can be found here.

If my response has answered your enquiry please click "Accept as Solution" to assist other users find this information.

Regards,
Samara
