Receipts from Bunnings not appearing in tray

Since the software update in November, my Bunnings linked account receipts have not appeared in my in tray

Can you please send me your product serial number by Private Message so we can investigate this? Also, were you previously able to see those receipts attached or they were never attached successfully?
