Incorrect Bank balances

Since requesting assistance back on 17th July I am still waiting on MYOB to resolve the problem.

it now appears we have unallocated cash receipts dating back to 2015.

 

Despite sending a further 6 requests through to an employee who now completely ignores my requests for HELP.

 

I am frustrated, annoyed and becoming desperate to resolve the problems created by the MYOB upgrade.

 

A very frustrated  MYOB client, who apparently do not give a s--t about their clients.
