Invoices not showing in Split Screens from my intray when Creating the invoice

Hi

invoices not loading in split view. have tried firefox, Microsoft edge and chrome, all blank. I am having to open each individual invoice as a pdf and enter that way.

 

I saw from comments that some have had the same problem but cannot see any advise on how to fix it that I have not tried.

 

Pls help

Thank you for your post. Essentials uses Google Chrome's built-in PDF viewer to display the purchase in the split system view. If you are not seeing anything on the left hand side then its possible due to the settings. 

 

To check this:

  1. In the upper-right corner of the Chrome browser, select the three vertical dots.
  2. Select Settings from the drop-down list.
  3. Select Advanced from the vertical menu on the left.
  4. Select Privacy and security from the submenu that opens.
  5. Select Site Settings.
  6. Scroll down through the Permissions list of options and select PDF documents.
  7. Ensure the toggle switch next to Download PDF files is turned to automatically opening them in Chrome.

 

You may need to log out for it to refresh the system. If it is turned on and you're still getting a blank page, can you reply with a screenshot so we can see how it looks on your end?
