Also experiencing this.

I even created a new key (4ae5ff85-b35b-4969-91f2-207490542282). Was able to get a token, but listing company files or any other requests just complain with "API key has exceeded the per-second rate limit". The "Retrieve  Usage" button in https://my.myob.com.au/Bd/pages/DevAppList.aspx shows no usage.

I logged a call with Developer Support and they discovered that the API Key was set to inactive, and they needed to reset it back to active.

Hi Nigel_White, thanks for your post. We are getting the same error with our new API developments since last week. 

Can you PM me or post here how to contact Support via phone?
I cant seem to find this anywhere. I have already logged a ticket but feel this will take many more days to be replied to. 

 

I have a software team unable to do anything with this error, so a quick resolution via phone support would be great, if I can find that number! Smiley Happy Thanks.

I just put in a case with Dev Support. My (newly created) key was also inactive.

 

Someone's borked something on the MYOB end methinks...

I did end up logging a ticket with apisupport.myob.com and received an email reply this morning. 

 

"Hi There, 
 Thanks for reaching out, I had a look at the key and could see this was inactive so I have activated this. 
 Let us know if you continue to get any errors."

 

It was working fine last week... I agree... something must have changed in their backend and they are having to manually re-enable development API keys. 

Our production key is still working. The development key we were using we have been using for a few months. 

 

We tried raising a new key, and that had the same issue being rate limited to 0, as others have stated above. 

 

Lets hope MYOB API team fix this for others.
