MYOB ESSENTIALS

We have experience problems with MYOB essentials. The application rolled over to a new financial year and now is unable to be reversed. We have been advised that entries can still be entered. Well we have tried to do a pay run and will not work. I have been on hold for 2 hours and 33 minutes and still holding.... no one assists and when we get through to a representive they are unable to assist us. The next step will be contacting fair trade as the product and service that we paid for is not being received. No assistance what so ever. After being a loyal customer for ten years.... this service is absolutely terrible and a nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
