MYOB Esstental Attachment from Tray wont open

Receipt was Captured on "Capture APP" and went to tray.

From there I attached to a spend money transaction in the bank feed. Its showing as an attachment to the transaction however the attachment wont open up now to see the actual receipt. You could open it up when it was in the tray.

Thanks for your post.

You may need to check the pop-up blocker if it's not blocked by clicking the 3 dots on your browser>>Click Settings>>Privacy and security>>Site settings>>Click sites can send pop-ups. You may also clear the cache and try the incognito mode in Chrome.
