At times, this can happen due to the corrupt system cache. Can you please try clearing the browser cache and let us know if there is any improvement in the loading speed?

I am having the same difficulty; it is taking a very long time for the bill to load making the using the In Tray not practical. I have cleared our cache and also tried a different browers. The result is the same.
