We pay weekly wages and I sent my back up file for Migration to MYOB business after reading that it takes Max 3 business days. 4 full business days have passed and not yet got a file completion email. My reminder not yet replied. Any updates on why it is taking longer. One Wage week has passed and we do not want another one to pass.
Also we timed the migration so that our June Invoice will be at the lower rate, but we got charged at the higher rate today. I am presuming we will get a credit? How to make sure we get it?
Now that there are no phone contact points, and everything is digital, I wasn't sure where to go, and so I am using this channel.
