No Way To Delete Aministrator

I'm trying to delete someone as a user but there appears to be bo option to do this. I've searched for instructions an they say to click to the right of the users name, however there is nothing in the field to the right of the users name. This user had Admin access before the upgrade. The role this person has been assigned is owner (this is not the case) however when they were orinally invited it wasn't as an owner. Home can I change their role/delete them as a user?

Hi @Perfectionist 

The Remove access option is not available if the Online Administrator is the Owner: In order to change their access, another owner on the company file needs to contact our team to change the user's access to administrator and once the access has been changed, other changes can be applied.

I have the same problem but cannot find a phone number to contact MYOB to get the changes made.  Who did you contact please?

Hi, i am having the same issue. 

I have spoken with someone at 1300 793 1300 who doesn't know how to asssist me.

Can someone please advise how to fix this, my accountant needs access today.

I ended up getting on an online chat with MYOB and the lady helped me out with both our company files.
