I'm trying to delete someone as a user but there appears to be bo option to do this. I've searched for instructions an they say to click to the right of the users name, however there is nothing in the field to the right of the users name. This user had Admin access before the upgrade. The role this person has been assigned is owner (this is not the case) however when they were orinally invited it wasn't as an owner. Home can I change their role/delete them as a user?

The Remove access option is not available if the Online Administrator is the Owner: In order to change their access, another owner on the company file needs to contact our team to change the user's access to administrator and once the access has been changed, other changes can be applied.

For the security of your account, we do require either the primary contact or another owner of the file to contact us so that we can do an identity check and confirm the changes are legitimate. I ended up getting on an online chat with MYOB and the lady helped me out with both our company files.
