Hi Guys,
When creating a Purchase Order, i fill out the required info including 'No of units'.
I then export or save the Purchase order. As its saving, the 'No of units' disappears.
Any ideas?

Hi @Luke_Rigg
We have tried to replicate this in a few sample files and the number of units field saves as intended. As it's not working for you, it might be a display glitch. Can you please clear your browser cache or switch browsers and check if the same issue still exists?
Kind regards,
Komal

Same thing with both Chrome and MS Edge. Also tried on two different PC's.
Its there when i start the PO. Then disappears as its either saving or viewing.

Hi @Luke_Rigg
The number of units will only show if you select an item. In your screenshots, you have not selected anything in the Item ID field, therefore when the purchase order is saved, it gets saved in the Service layout thereby removing the number of units. If you wish to save the number of units too, you will have to select an item.
Let me know if you have any questions on this.
Kind regards,
Komal

Thats a pain. I dont use Item ID's. Eveything i buy is completely different. I would literaly have thousands of ID's...
Thanks anyway, i'll go back to Excel spreadsheets.
